Apartment T1 NEW in Bonfim

It is at number 284 of Rua da Alegria, in Bonfim, that a new building will appear, of absolutely modern construction, but that makes use of a typical façade of the Porto architecture of the early twentieth

century.For the sake of architectural and urban coherence, it was also opted for the use of wooden frames (lacquered and with operation of stop or oscillation-stop) in the main façade (except recessed). This option provides the best thermal and acoustic performance while ensuring the aesthetic and architectural coherence that was sought in this project.

The main façade, facing west, is characterized by the coating in ceramic tile of high relief, with traditional pattern and painted by hand, by the shoulder pads lined with pieces of yellow granite, and by the guards of the balconies in cast iron.

The nobility of the finishes chosen is evident both in the common areas and in the private areas. An example of this is the choice of lambrins, in the entrance hall of the building and staircase box, and of high and worked skirting boards on the access landings to the fractions.
Inside the apartments the floor is of multilayer oak glued in a herringbone shape.

In the rear and recessed façade, we opted, we opted for the use of pre-patinated zinc coating type quartz, and lacquered aluminum frames with thermal cut and operation stop or oscillo-stop. Here, too, the solutions that guarantee the best thermal and acoustic performance were chosen.
